In order to minimize waiting times and to be able to guarantee infection protection, I would ask you to make an appointment. In the event of acute illnesses or problems, please contact us by phone first. You will receive an appointment during the consultation hour on the same day.

To save time, you can download an anamnesis sheet, a declaration of consent to our reminder program and data protection forms in the download area and bring them with you to your appointment.
