In order to shorten waiting times at the reception, we have set up the 24-hour prescription phone as an additional service.
Normally, your prescription will be signed and ready for collection at the reception in our practice the next working day. Please always bring your insurance card with you when you pick it up.
If you want to send us other messages that do not require a callback (e.g. canceling appointments), you can also leave these messages on the answering machine.
