24h prescription phone

In order to shorten waiting times at the reception, we have set up the 24-hour prescription phone as an additional service.

And that is how it works:

1. Prepare the medication you want to order.
2. Dial the phone number 034901 - 596327
3. An answering machine answers.
4. After the announcement, please speak slowly and clearly:
   • Your first and last name
   • Your date of birth
   • Your desired prescription with the exact drug name,
     strength and pack size

Normally, your prescription will be signed and ready for collection at the reception in our practice the next working day. Please always bring your insurance card with you when you pick it up.

If you want to send us other messages that do not require a callback (e.g. canceling appointments), you can also leave these messages on the answering machine.
